The first Zero Energy America Village

The Zero Energy America Village is a prototype neighborhood of 20 affordable new homes with design, style, and most importantly, no electric bill. We'll be working through the year on final site plans, land development, and engineering permitting for the Village before we commence construction.

Location of the Village: just off East Lake Road in north Pinellas County
Size of homes: 1,600-2,400 square feet
Price range: $250,000-$400,000

Join us at our Focus Groups

Learn more about the upcoming Zero Energy America Village, and we'll learn more about how we can build it better for you. The focus group is your chance to interact directly with the builder so everyone can ask questions. Prospective homeowners who attend the focus group will be given preference in selecting their homesites and will have the first opportunity to place a deposit, securing homesite selection.
